Phase 1 – Bodiam Castle Trip

Year 1 and 2 had a fantastic time visiting Bodiam Castle. We took part in a workshop and learnt all about different types of weapons that might be used by a knight or solider defending the castle. Some of us even got to hold some of the weapons. We also got to dress up like a knight and had a pretend battle! We spent time looking around the castle and climbed up a very tall tower which was quite challenging. We had a brilliant day and really enjoyed finding out all about Bodiam.
