CHARTWELLS SCHOOL LUNCHES

Chartwells education meals service is committed to healthy eating in schools providing good food to our customers is as relevant today as it was when the company started in 1941.

Our menus meet the government food and nutrition standards and we minimise and where possible eliminate undesirable food additives including all of those with proven links to child hyperactivity and behaviour.

The Chartwell team of nutritionists develop and regularly review all of our menus to ensure we are providing the correct balance of nutrients to our young customers.

We ensure that all of our ingredients meet the Departments of Health’s 2012 salt targets, we do not use salt as an ingredients in any of our recipes and we don’t intentionally use nuts or by-products of nuts in our menus. We work with our suppliers to ensure all our ingredients are free from artificial trans fats and our products from suppliers can be traced back to source.

Ordering for  ALL children, including children entitled to Free School Meals (FSM) and Universal Infant Free School Meals (UIFSM) who are  can be placed anytime online at app.parentpay.com

All meals must be ordered 10 days in advance of the entire week that they are required. Payments can be made using a debit or credit card when ordering on the ParentPay website.

The cost of the meal is £2.72
