School Development Plan (SDP)
At Estcots Primary School we are dedicated to achieve high standards of attainment and achievement.
A School Development Plan is a working document produced annually which the school staff and the Governors refer to through the school year.
It guides projects and priorities to help us improve the school.
It is reviewed at the end of the school year so that a new plan can be prepare for the new school year.
