Report from Andrew, Zach and Zoe. On 7th November, Hockney Class and Monet Class in Year 3 went on a school trip.
We went on a short journey by coach to Wilderness Woods where we met Wriggly – Yes, that was her real name! She showed us round Wilderness Woods, a forest activity centre near Uckfield.
Before lunch we went around the woods with our class teacher and our brilliant helpers. We used maps to on a letter hunt, working our directions from clues and getting lost a couple of times. After lunch we went to den building with Wriggly. We made amazing dens in groups we also made wolf noises.
Q: What did you enjoy most?
Zoe said, “I mostly enjoyed the den building.”
Zach said “I enjoyed the walk because I liked stepping in the mud.”
Andrew said, “Wolf noises were the best.”
We had a really great day and the things we learnt will help us with our writing.
